Are you renting? Or do you own a rental property?
Merri-bek Council is working with RMIT University on improving the comfort of rental homes.
The researchers are interested in hearing from renters and landlords about your rental home – how comfortable it is and whether you have made (or would like to make) any changes or improvements.
Whether it’s stopping draughts, fixing a broken appliance, installing a split system air-conditioner, or something else, RMIT University are keen to hear from renters and property investors about their rental homes.
Participation involves completing an online survey about your rental home and your experiences with comfort, energy use, and any changes or improvements. The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete.
