Insulation rebates were due to be available to all eligible Victorian homes from 1 October 2026 through the State Government’s Victorian Energy Upgrades Program.
Insulation providers across Victoria are awaiting accreditation by the Essential Services Commission to be able to deliver VEEC discounts. While you can still request quotes from insulation providers, right now it is not possible for providers to apply VEEC discounts until the delays have been resolved.
Insulation suppliers are hoping they will be able to pass-on the insulation rebates soon.
