Weave a mini rug from old clothes

Join Anna the Urban Nanna for a fun kids’ craft workshop where you’ll turn unwanted old clothes into a mini rug.

Using simple materials found around the home, children will learn basic weaving skills and use a homemade loom to weave fabric into a mini rug for a teddy or doll’s house. (It also makes an excellent coaster for warm winter drinks!)

For school aged children. Suitable for beginner crafters who are able to follow simple directions and work independently for short periods.

Must be able to use scissors unassisted for basic cutting.
