Merri-bek Council and the Ecological Justice Hub invite you to the Garden to Plate Zero Waste Cooking Class to help you get the most out of fresh seasonal produce and stretch the budget further. Includes a market garden tour and participatory cooking demonstration, providing a practical insight into seasonal cooking without waste to create a delicious meal.
