The publication provides guidance for developing an EV strategy suited to the building and its individual circumstances. It includes information about:
- Electrical capacity, load-management options and Level 1 or Level 2 charging approaches
- Fair division of infrastructure, electricity, costs and the approvals required
- Safety, insurance and compliance considerations
- Engaging and coordinating with lot owners
- And lots more

EV Charging: Discounted Site Assessments
Combined Energy is delivering the EV Charging in Apartments and Commuter Hubs project with support from the Australian Government’s Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) as part of the Driving the Nation Program.
Participating buildings receive a 65% subsidised EV charging site assessment. The package includes:

- Comprehensive EV Charging Site Assessment Report
- Quoted EV Charging System Designs
- Offset deployment costs because the energy monitoring system becomes part of your EV charging system if you go ahead with deployment
