Helping loved clothes last longer through repair and reuse. Hosted by Fashion Revolution Australia. This Mend in Public Day event is an act of collective resistance against the disposable fashion system.
Bring along your own clothing item to mend, as well as any mending tools or resources you may need. We will have some mending supplies, but these may be limited! Learn how to resew buttons, darn holes, patch, and mend your clothes with guidance from a seasoned mender.
By participating in this Mend in Public Day event, you’ll be part of Fashion Revolution Week, a global collective action for a clean, fair and safe fashion industry.
