Want to get ready for winter but have a hole in your favourite winter jumper or knit?
Bring along a few of your winter woollies or other well-loved knits to RMIT’s 2-hour hands-on darning workshop.
You will learn basic darning skills and come away with knitwear that is ready to face winter!
RMIT will provide: Yarns, threads, repair, tools/equipment.
Please bring with you: Knitwear with holes (socks, jumpers, scarves) best for mid-weight to chunky knits.
Take-home: ‘Your Darning Basics’ worksheet with darning methods and video links.
