Zero Food Waste Cooking Workshop & Lunch

Learn how to get the most out of your produce and create a delicious, low cost, waste-free meal in this practical cooking workshop using produce from the Fawkner Food Bowls.

Chef Alina will show you how to stretch your budget and use every part of a vegetable through cooking, preserving and composting. A community lunch will be served after the workshop.

Please bring something to take notes and a takeaway container.
