Go on a journey of nature discovery.
Over 10 Saturdays, are taken through a comprehensive course to learn about local nature and how we can help support nature in our urban lives.
It’s a great way to gain knowledge, learn practical skills and meet like-minded others in the local community. You’ll discover all sorts of ways to help nature at home and through local volunteering.
Past participants have used the course to support their work, to help step up and become leaders in community, change careers or bring local context to existing skills.
In 2026, the Councils of Hume, Merri-Bek and Moonee Valley are offering this course as a North/Western hub. Participants will be touring around inner urban, as well as semi-rural areas further out. Giving life to the many contexts of nature in our city.
