Environmental Networks for Educators

If you are an educator in Merri-bek, there are established networks that can provide resources and support for you to integrate sustainability education into your programs.

The Teacher Environment Network (TEN)

Merri-bek Council, in partnership with CERES, hosts a quarterly Teacher Environment Network (TEN) for teachers and parents from Merri-bek schools.

The network enables schools to share ideas and provides teachers with information and new approaches to engaging students on a range of sustainability topics. Each quarter the network focuses on a different area of sustainability with guest speakers and news from Council about programs that schools can get involved in.

If you would like to be involved in the TEN you can go on our database to be notified about forthcoming events by completing this survey.

For further information please contact CERES on 9389 0100 or contact Council.
